1/3cupunsweetened almond milk
4flax eggs1/3 cup water and 4 tablespoon ground flax
1teaspoonvanilla
2cupsquinoacooked
¾cupscoconut oil
½cupsugar
1cupcocoa powder
1 ½teaspoonbaking powder
½teaspoonbaking soda
½teaspoonsalt

Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a bowl make your flax eggs and let them thicken. Combine with the almond milk and vanilla.
Cook your quinoa and then blend until smooth with the coconut oil.
In a separate bowl combine the sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Next combine the milk mixture with the quinoa mixture.
Then add your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients.
If you are making cupcakes bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; however, if you are making a cake bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
