Carrot All Vegan Smoothie
-My friend Touvan gave me this awesome vanilla vegan smoothie recipe. I call it the Carrot All Vegan Smoothie. I was posting a blog about juicing when my buddy, offered me this new twist on carrot juice. He told me how to make unique smoothie with vanilla vegan smoothie mix, carrots and ice. He recommend I start by juicing carrots. Now, I admit that I’ve had a lot of vegan smoothies before and none have had carrots. After juicing the carrots I pour the juice in the Blendtec blender. Based on his recommendation, I’ll add vanilla vegan smoothie mix and Ice. Finally, I could blend and taste. You won’t believe what I thought of it… Maybe you will.
